Tanzania Peaberry - Dark Roast

We are always excited to see a good peaberry bean in the store and many of our customers love these coffees. Peaberry coffees are tiny little beans that look scrunchy and compact. These beans occur when one of the two beans in the coffee cherry do not develop and there is only one bean remaining.

This coffee is a dark roast that with a bakers chocolate and herbal spice and mildly nutty hint.  We try to highlight the roast with this coffee and as a result, it picks up some burnt sugar notes and has a rich finish.

WHERE THIS COFFEE WORKS

If you want a great tasting dark roast with a mild spice tone, this is a good coffee to try. This will delight dark roast fans with a nice depth of flavor and clean finish.
