Brazil Bela Vista Natural Decaf - Medium Roast

This decaf anaerobic natural processed coffee from Brazil is a light, nutty and mildly fruity coffee with a sweet and mildly tart finish.

WHERE THIS COFFEE WORKS

This coffee was processed with an anaerobic natural process which will produce a lighter, sweeter taste.  Brazilian coffees tend to be on the nutty, chocolaty side of things and even as a decaf, those flavors still shine through.

DECAFFEINATION PROCEDURE

This coffee uses a Swiss Water Process (SWP) to remove caffeine from the coffee. This process is performed water and time to remove the caffeine from the beans. Read more information about this process here.

SUGGESTED PREPARATION

This roast works best in a standard coffee maker (drip) or for cold brew.
