Brazil Nossa Senhora Natural - Light Roast

This natural processed coffee from Brazil is a wonderful addition to our light roast lineup.  We've had Brazilian's as light roasts every now and again and they're always a fun mix of flavors to go around in these coffees.

This coffee starts off with a taste of honey, molasses and a mild chocolate tone that mixes with a mildly nutty hint.  The finish is a pleasant mix of syrupy and creamy combination with an easy, low acidity, feel.

WHERE THIS COFFEE WORKS

Brazilian coffees will generally have a larger body to them than other Central American or African light roasts and that will make for a larger drinker than light roast types might be accustomed to.  Light roast types will like this coffee for it's complexity while medium drinkers may find this to be an approachable drinker.
