What's it all about
This weekend we are introducing a new light roast coffee in place of our Ethipoian Aricha. This coffee is out of El Salvador and is our first black honey processed coffee . For you processing geeks, this processing method is sort of a mix between natural and washed processes.
How does it taste
We roasted this coffee to a light point to try to bring out some of the fruity notes and suppress some of the chocolate flavors which show up in a darker roast. The flavor is bright with floral and fruity hints along with a citrusy tang that will delight fans of an acidic coffee.
